Ensco is ranked #1 in overall Customer Satisfaction among offshore drillers by EnergyPoint Research, the leading independent research firm that surveys customers in the global oilfield. In fact, Ensco earned the #1 position among offshore drilling contractors by taking top honors in 14 out of 16 categories including: total satisfaction; job quality; performance and reliability; health, safety and environment; technology; special drilling applications; deepwater drilling; non-vertical wells and shelf wells. Ensco also earned the top ranking among independent operators and was rated first internationally with leading scores in the North Sea; Asia and Pacific Rim; and Latin America and Mexico.

The survey was independently funded, developed and administered by EnergyPoint Research. It was conducted as part of EnergyPoint Research’s 2010 industry wide Oilfield Products & Services Survey, which was comprised of more than 4,100 in-depth evaluations by domestic and international customers of oilfield suppliers. Hundreds of multi-national and independent E&P customers from all parts of the globe responded to the survey. Responses reflected a full cross-section of functions, including engineering, operations, management, and supply chain from hundreds of E&P companies worldwide. None of the parties rated in the survey or completing any evaluation paid EnergyPoint to conduct the survey.
